Subscription Policy

1. Overview
TGP offers product subscriptions that allow customers to receive their favourite fitness devices and supplements on a recurring basis at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Available Subscription Plans
Depending on the product, the following subscription intervals may be available:

  • 1 Month (billed every 30 days)
  • 3 Months (billed every 90 days)
  • 6 Months (billed every 180 days)

Available intervals may vary by product and are clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Billing & Payment
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Payment is collected using the card or payment method provided at checkout. All transactions are handled securely by EY Digital Brands LLC. You will receive an email confirmation before each renewal.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. To cancel, contact us at support@thegreatproject.com or log into your account and manage your subscription settings. Cancellations made before the next billing date will take effect immediately and you will not be charged for the following cycle. No refunds are issued for the current active billing period.

5. Modifications & Pausing
To change your subscription plan, swap products, or pause your subscription, please contact our support team at support@thegreatproject.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Refunds on Subscription Orders
Each subscription order is subject to our standard Refund Policy. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on subscription orders.

7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
